Facility Caretaker & Maintenance Lead: A hands-on role focused on the general upkeep and minor technical repairs of residential and commercial properties. This position serves as our primary point of contact on-site, ensuring building systems are operational, safety protocols are met, and the property remains in peak condition.

Facility Housekeeper: Responsible for maintaining impeccable cleanliness and presentation standards in luxury residential and commercial environments. This role focuses on high-traffic area sanitation, floor care, and proactive site inspections to ensure the aesthetic integrity and professional image of every property we serve.
